Health 4 Pets Pr ("Health 4 Pets Pr," "We," "Us," "Our") offers a mobile messaging program ("Program"). By opting in, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and our Messaging Privacy Policy. Participation in the Program requires your acceptance of these terms, including individual binding arbitration as described in the Dispute Resolution section below.
PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
The Program is limited to messaging and does not modify other terms governing your relationship with us. Regardless of how you opt in, these terms apply to your participation.
USER OPT-IN
You consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS, MMS) from Health 4 Pets Pr, including messages sent via autodialer, to the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You confirm that you are the authorized user of the phone number provided.
USER OPT-OUT
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message. You may receive one final confirmation message. Any other wording may not be recognized. Verbal or alternative opt-outs are not valid.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Program participants may receive marketing, promotions, payments, customer support, delivery confirmations, order tracking updates, transactional notifications, and checkout reminders.

The Program is provided "as-is" and may not be available at all times. We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by wireless providers or carriers.
DEVICE SUPPORT
The Program may not support all mobile devices or regions. Some messages may not be delivered depending on your carrier’s capabilities.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Participants must be at least 13 years old. If between 13 and 18 years old, parental or guardian consent is required.
PROHIBITED CONTENT
- Fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or harassing content.
- Offensive or discriminatory content based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- Viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code.
- Illegal products or promotions.
- Personal health information protected under HIPAA/HITECH.
- Any other content prohibited by law.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Coamo, PR, under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). Class actions and jury trials are waived. Arbitration will be conducted by the AAA in accordance with its rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and appeals are limited. The arbitrator may not award punitive damages. Arbitration fees will be shared unless otherwise ordered by the arbitrator.
STATE LAW DISCLOSURES
- Florida: We comply with the Florida Telemarketing Act and Do Not Call Act, as applicable to Florida residents.
- Washington: We comply with the Washington RCW commercial solicitation laws, as applicable to Washington residents.
- Oklahoma: We comply with the Oklahoma Telephone Solicitation Act of 2022, as applicable to Oklahoma residents.
MISCELLANEOUS
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to agree to these terms. Any unenforceable provision shall be modified or removed to maintain the validity of this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and updates will be communicated to you. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
