SHIPPING
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days. If your order includes pre-order products, processing may take up to 7 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is a flat rate of $7.77 for orders under $60. Orders of $60 or more qualify for free shipping (Puerto Rico only).
Do you ship outside of Puerto Rico?
Yes, we ship to the United States. Please note that delivery times may be longer than in Puerto Rico.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.
What happens if I haven't received my order?
If it's been more than 5 business days since you received your shipping confirmation and you haven't received your order, please contact us by email at support@health4petspr.com with your name and order number.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you can return products for store credit, as long as they are unopened or unused and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Returns on discounted or sale items are not accepted.
Can I return or request a refund for prescription medications?
No. Prescription medications are not eligible for returns or refunds. Due to safety and quality control regulations, these products cannot be returned once they have been delivered.
How long do I have to request a refund or exchange?
You must contact us by email within the first 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Do you offer cash refunds?
We only offer refunds if the order hasn't yet shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it's not eligible for a refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping returned products, unless there was an error on our part.
What happens if I receive the wrong order?
If we made a mistake with your order, we'll cover the shipping costs and send the correct items at no additional cost.
Can I exchange a product if I made a mistake when ordering?
If the customer made the error, the automatic exchange will not apply. In that case, additional shipping costs will be charged to resend the order.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
We are not responsible for address errors. If the package is returned, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping. You can also opt for store credit.
How do I request a refund or return?

How does the subscription work?
It's so easy! You choose your products, how often you want to receive them, and that's it! We take care of the rest.
Can I change or cancel my subscription whenever I want?
Of course! You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. No fuss or complications!
What if I need to change the shipping address?
No problem! You can update your shipping address in the "Account" section of our website. Make sure to do so before the cut-off date for your next shipment.
When do I get charged?
We'll automatically charge your registered payment method a few days before each order ships. You'll receive an email confirming your payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and also payments through Hopify Shop Pay.
What if my pet does not tolerate the product?
If your pet has an adverse reaction to a product, please contact us immediately. Our prescription and preventative products are non-returnable, but we want to help you find the best solution for your pet.
