Health 4 Pets offers convenient subscription options for select products, ensuring that your pet never runs out of essential care items. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our subscription service.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you subscribe to a product, you will receive recurring deliveries according to your selected frequency. Your payment method will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery.

SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS AND FREQUENCIES

We offer a variety of subscription frequencies to meet your pet's needs. The available intervals are listed with each product. While we recommend 4-week intervals for dermatological products with medication, you may select other frequencies starting from every 2 weeks where available. We also offer 6-month intervals for certain preventative medications.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS

You have full control over your subscriptions. You can easily manage them online by logging into your account here.

From your account, you can:

  • Modify your subscription: Change delivery frequency, product, or quantity.
  • Skip a delivery: Postpone your next delivery if needed.
  • Pause your subscription: Temporarily suspend your subscription and reactivate it later.
  • Cancel your subscription: Cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Please note that canceling your subscription will stop future deliveries and charges.

SUBSCRIPTION DISCOUNTS

  • New Subscribers: Enjoy a 10% discount on your first subscription order of preventatives and prescription products, and a 15% discount on all other products.
  • Recurring Subscriptions: Receive a 5% discount on all future auto-ship orders.
  • Combined Offers: Subscription discounts can be combined with free shipping on orders over $55.

PAYMENT

Your payment method will be charged for each subscription delivery. We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shopify Shop Pay, and Visa.

PRESCRIPTION AND PREVENTATIVE ITEMS

Prescription and preventative items are available for subscription. However, please note that we cannot accept returns for these products.

NO RETURNS ON PRESCRIPTION AND PREVENTATIVE ITEMS

Due to regulatory requirements and for the safety of your pets, we cannot accept returns of prescription and preventative items.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
