Shipping policy

Health 4 Pets processes all orders within 3 to 4 business days. Orders that include preventative products may take up to 7 business days to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

The shipping costs and delivery times listed below apply only to shipments within Puerto Rico. Orders shipped to the United States may take longer to arrive.

If any unforeseen issues arise during the processing or shipping of your order, we will contact you by phone or email.

STANDARD SHIPPING TO PUERTO RICO

We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 business days.

  • Flat rate: $7.77 for orders under $60.00.
  • Free shipping: For orders of $60.00 or more.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER?

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days after the shipping confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number. You can email us at support@health4petspr.com and we will investigate it immediately.

RETURNS

At Health 4 Pets, we understand that last-minute changes can happen. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Please contact us by email at support@health4petspr.com if you experience any issues with your purchase.

  • Products may be exchanged or returned for store credit, except for items on sale or promotion.
  • You must send an email within 48 hours of receiving your order to request authorization.
  • We will only offer store credit or exchanges if the product is in its original packaging and the quality seals remain intact. Opened or used products will not be accepted.
  • The return package must be pre-authorized. The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of the returned product.
  • We will not issue store credit or exchanges if the products are not in their original condition.
  • Important Note: Prescription medications are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • If you receive an incorrect order, we will review the case and send the correct products at no additional cost.
  • If the incorrect order was placed by the customer, this voids the exchange and additional shipping charges will apply.
  • We are not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses. If the package is returned, the customer must cover the new shipping costs. Otherwise, store credit will be offered.

ELIGIBLE REFUNDS

Refund requests will only be accepted for orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, no refund can be issued.

REFUND METHOD AND TIMING

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. The estimated time for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the bank or card issuer.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team by email at support@health4petspr.com. Include your order number and the reason for the request. Our team will evaluate if the order is eligible and proceed accordingly.
