Merck's Otomax is an ointment indicated for the treatment of acute or chronic external ear infections in dogs. Its formula combines an anti-inflammatory steroid, an antibacterial, and an antifungal agent, making it effective against infections caused by bacteria and yeast.

Includes applicator to facilitate direct administration into the ear canal.

Recommended instructions:

• Clean and dry the external ear before applying the product.
• Check that the eardrum is intact before administration.
• Dogs under 30 lbs: Apply 4 drops twice daily.
• Dogs 30 lbs or more: Apply 8 drops twice daily.
• Gently massage the external auditory canal after application.
• Treatment duration: 7 consecutive days.

Precautions: Do not use in dogs with severe inflammation or a history of internal/chronic otitis media. If there is no improvement within 48-72 hours, consult your veterinarian.
